Deciding on a course

One of the thing’s you’ll have to do before culinary school is decide on a course. This will depend upon several factors… What area of the culinary industry do you want to go into? How much free time do you want? Will you need to work alongside your course?

So as far as I see it these are the rough options that will face you when joining LCB:

  • Grande Diplome

  • Cuisine

  • Patisserie

  • Boulangerie

  • Hospitality Management and Gastronomy

  • Wine and spirits

  • Nutrition

Here is a short summary of what I picked up from being at school and what each course can offer you, or not.

Katie Morgan
